Olive Thrush

The Olive Thrush (Afrikaans name, Olyflyster) is a common resident of the Cape coastal areas.

Usually seen scratching in the undergrowth, or hiding in the branches of the trees, seldom seen out in the open.

Have been known to get quite tame in private gardens. We saw these at Intaka Island.
