Jacobin Cuckoo

The Jacobin Cuckoo (Afrikaans name, ontnuwejaarsvoel) is a common intra-Africa breeding migrant. May be common but very difficult to photograph due to its habit of skulking in the branches. We finally found him in the Kruger National Park.

Lay their eggs in the nests of the Common Fiscal And the Bulbul.
