Blue Lilly Pilly

The Blue Lilly Pilly (Syzygium oleosum), is a species of myrtle tree native to eastern Australian rainforests and wet sclerophyll forests. It is usually a small tree, 4 to 15 m tall.

The delicate fruit is aromatic with a sweetish slightly gingery or turpentine flavour, the fruit is spongy and delicate with a large round pip inside.
